Who am I?

I am a scientist.
Ich bin Physikerin.
I have seen through systems before they collapsed.
I have experienced power – and realized how hollow it is when it is not supported by consciousness.
I have managed companies.
I have advised boards of directors.
I have realized that people do not fail because of markets – but because of themselves.
Companies that are managed unconsciously go under.
Companies that are managed consciously change the world.
I have been through pain.
I have lost everything - and found myself.
I have walked through darkness - and come out stronger than ever.
I know what transformation really means - because I have lived it.

Who I really am?

I am not a coach.
I am not a consultant.
I am not a nice companion who keeps you in your comfort zone.
I am the one who brings clarity – whether you are ready or not.
I see what others don't see.
I say what others don't say
I see what lies beneath the surface – and I will bring it to light.
If you want to hide, I'm not for you.
If you look for excuses, my presence will make you uneasy.
If you want to lie to yourself, go somewhere else.
I only work with those who are willing.
Who stop spinning, justifying, waiting.
Those who stand up and say: I am here. I am ready. Show me what I cannot see.
